Cleaner Anne (Sarah Polley), who is not yet 24 years old, was diagnosed with cancer and has only two to three months left to live. Anne's husband is the first and only man in her life. They gave birth to two daughters separately, and being imprisoned cannot provide her with shelter. Her relationship with her husband is not very good. The family of four lives in a trailer. Fortunately, her husband recently got a job building a swimming pool. Anne decided to hide her illness from her family, and wrote ten wishes before her death, including finding another man who loves her, preparing a blessing for her daughter in the future, meeting her stepmother once and enjoying the rest of her life. Anne meets a surveyor who has returned from Sri Lanka by chance in the laundry room, and the two fall in love with each other. But she failed when she introduced her female colleague who only had a diet plan to her husband. Soon a female neighbor with the same name as Anne arrived, and she seemed to be Anne's ideal candidate. Everything is being implemented step by step, and Anne is dead... The film won many awards including Best Canadian at the 2003 Atlantic Festival.
