Synopsis：In the early 1990s, Poland was about to embrace a new post-war future. Four women whose age spectrum spanned decades were about to experience drastic changes in their lives. A housewife trapped in a boring married life unexpectedly falls in love with a church priest; a strict primary school principal who suffers from an unethical relationship; a young and beautiful dance coach who does not want to continue to wither in loneliness in a long-distance relationship; a literature teacher who is over 50 years old , dedicated his life to education but suddenly lost his job. Their problems are different, but their destinies are closely connected. The film inherits the legacy of Polish directors such as Andrei Wajda and Guztów Kieslowski, and has a delicate and strong image style similar to "Sister Ida". The young director Tomas Wasilewski accurately masters restraint. The camera and cold tone perfectly integrate the tragedies of the lives of four women, continuing the outstanding characteristics of Poland, integrating historical traces, social turmoil and reflection, and reflecting them in extremely dramatic personal stories. It was presented at the 66th Berlin Festival in 2016 Won the Silver Bear Award for Best Drama.

Synopsis：　　In 1997, scientists and local government officials face life-and-death decisions when a destructive flood wave threatens the city.
