Synopsis： The film describes the lives of two children in New Bedford, Massachusetts, who spent a long summer at the beach house with their mother and their mother's boyfriend. A 15-year-old girl, Billie Halliday, sees the singer as a fairy godmother. In order to take care of his 11-year-old brother, Nick, Billie must not try to cope with the changing challenges of life. In the process, they met another juvenile and ran away from home and the three were accompanied by a “diveaway trip” away from their parents. They found freedom and charm between the boats and the railway tracks in New Bedford. When they broke into a mansion, they fantasized about a luxury life and brought this rich breath into their adventure。
