Synopsis：In 1943, in the countryside of Bologna, Italy, the eight-year-old girl Martina (Greta Zucche Montana) was waiting with hope for the birth of her little brother. Martina refused to speak after her last brother was in her arms, for which she was often teased by the village children. But everyone in the family loves her, including her aunt Benin Mina (played by Alba Lorwacher) who came back from the city. Martina Armando (Claudio Casadio) works hard to feed her family. Although she supports the local resistance, she has to sell agricultural products to scattered Germans. As the conflict between the Resistance Army and the People's Liberation Army escalates, the war is getting closer and closer. Martina silently observed everything that happened in the village and finally arrived. She could not understand the killing and death. The film won the 2009 Rome Festival Jury Silver Medal and the Audience Choice Award.

Synopsis：Focusing on Antonio Ligapol, who shocked the whole Italian drama life. He showed talent for painting at an early age, but his childhood was very rough. His Italian parents illegally went to the German-Swiss border to do odd jobs. After his death, he was given to a couple for adoption, but he suffered from mental problems. However, he became unpopular and was forced to be deported back to Italy when his identity was revealed. He was homeless throughout his life and was in and out of hospital numerous times until he met a sculptor and began to learn painting and sculpture, becoming an important art painter of the 20th century.
