Synopsis：The obese and melancholy Javier (carlos Areces) was born into a clown family in Spain. During the Civil War, he asked his son, who had suffered too much pain, to be a sad clown during his lifetime. Time passed, and when he became an adult, Javier went to a circus to apply for a job, where he met the master clown Sage (played by antonio de la torre) and the beautiful acrobatic star Natalia (played by Calina Bang).
