Synopsis："The Gambler" is adapted from the 1974 film of the same name. Wahlberg plays Jim Bennett, a college English literature professor and a big-money gambler. He asked students to play match-fixing so that he could profit from gambling. As his gambling addiction deepens, his life falls into dire straits. Due to high debts, he had to borrow money from Frank, a big boss, at the cost of his own life.
